In 2008, Teijin began the commercial manufacturing of the world's first polyester ultra-fine fiber with a diameter of 700 nm under the brand name Nanofront®. Using this extraordinary fiber, the Nanofront® bag filter shows remarkable performance.

Remarkable collection efficiency

Ultra-fine polyester fiber realizes structure with fine pore size, resulting in highly efficient collection.
Other filter media are mixed to form optimal gaps, which realize remarkable collection and minimize pressure loss, also making the filter efficient for saving energy.

Catches dust in the surface, preventing the filter from clogging up.

The fine pore size of Nanofront® prevents dust from penetrating into the inner layer, allowing a dust cake to form. As a result, the filter maintains high collection efficiency with minimal pressure loss.
